Job description: For our business in LISBON, PORTUGAL we are currently looking for an Administrative Accounting (male/ female). This person will be responsible for the role of managing accounting and administrative tasks for the financial department. .

Your responsibilities:
* Assist in handling monthly organizational payroll remittances, financial statements, and reports
* Itemize, regulate checks, and pair purchasing documents
* Harmonize payables and carry out maintenance on all payable issues
* Manage monetary packages with deliberations on variances with executives for their reassessments within the targeted deadlines
* Offer assistance with monetary support to corporate departments and supervise financial risk affiliated with administrative and general expenditure
* Any other task considered relevant and necessary in the area


Your experience & skills
* Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (preferential)
* Previous experience required in similar functions (minimum 6 months)
* Very good PC skills - proficiency in the use of Excel (Microsoft office)
* Proficiency of Spanish and English (minimum B1 level)
* Strong administration and organization skills
* Keen eye for detail to ensure high accuracy
* Ensure quality is never compromised
* Drive and energy
* Immediate availability
