we have opening for Accounts executive ( GL reconciliation )

Contract Duration - (1 year renewable)

Role : Reconciliation Accountant

Sub Function : Financial &Statutory

Location : Mumbai- (Juinagar)

Description : Reconcile accounts in accordance with Internal Compliance and Accounting standards combined with issue management and stakeholder management

Key Responsibilities

• Review Items beyond Aging thresholds
• Ensure aged open item management and resolution
• Clearing of Liability and offsetting General Ledger account
• Perform month end reconciliation
• Blackline management i.e.
• Preparing Account Details Including Recon procedures
• Importing Account Details into Blackline per Account
• Attaching, Finalizing and Certifying a Blackline Report
• Make Corrections as per Approver's Feedback
• Liaise with internal teams/stakeholders to resolve open issues
• Ensure Internal controls are managed adequately and provide audit support
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities and work with the required stakeholders to ensure Management of change as needed.
• Support in M&A activities
  
  

Education

B.Com

M.Com or MBA or Inter C.A

Experience

• Min. 2 years of experience in :
• GL Reconciliations
• P2P operations
• Stakeholder management

Required Skills

• MS-Office mandatory (Advanced excel knowledge preferred)
• SAP
• Experience with Blackline Reconciliations Tool is a plus
• Strong Analytical skills
• Knowledge of a foreign language is a plus
• Good communication skills (written and oral)
