Bilingual insurance agent - reception service calls - work from home

As a Bilingual Insurance Advisor in Montreal, you would be responsible for identifying the customer's needs and transferring the call to an insurance broker. The objective: to understand customer needs in order to promote the company's services and products using a call generator.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Insurance Customer Service Agent in Montreal you will be responsible for:

- Collect information and/or obtain insurance policy renewal dates

- Transferring calls to brokers

- Identification of customer needs

- Record Data

Full-time employment: 40 hours, working 5 days per week OR 32 hours, working 4 days per week.

Salary: $17.20/hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 11am to 8pm



QUALIFICATIONS
Interested? This are the qualifications you must have to meet to be the next Insurance Customer Service Agent in Montreal:

- Be fluently bilingual in both English and French.

- Be able to work efficiently from home

- Being comfortable using your own a computer

- Experience in customer service and/or call centre experience

- Passionate to offer an excellent customer service and identifying customers needs

- Willing to start a career in the insurance industry

- High school diploma (DES) or vocational diploma (DEP) obtained or diploma equivalents

- Be legally eligible to work in Canada. You may be requested to provide proof of eligibility at that time.

- A criminal record and credit check will be conducted during the process.
