Clear Health Psychology currently has opportunities available for Practice Administrator's across multiple sites in permanent part time, full time and casual roles. We have 12 offices across Perth and over 100 highly skilled psychologists with extensive experience across a broad range of clinical areas. Our psychologists have a passion to empower to their clients, bringing warmth and understanding to formulate change in their clients lives. 

Our highly skilled admin team provides full administrative support to the psychologists across all 12 sites. We have flexible hours open from 7.30am to 8.30 pm Monday to Friday and 7.30am to 4.30pm Saturdays to fit in with both clients and clinicians. Clear Health Psychology run regular professional development sessions for both our administration and clinical team, which also includes collegial support. We are committed to ensuring a supportive, calming and fun work environment that supports our team in providing a valuable service to our clients.

Our Practice Administrators have a very important role within Clear Health Psychology doing the following:

Welcome new and existing clients in a warm and calm manner.
Respond to patient and visitor enquiries promptly.
Book appointments and manage the appointments schedule efficiently.
Billing and invoicing of appointments, including processing Medicare claims.
Scanning, managing mail, faxes, data entry and other correspondence.
Keep the office, waiting areas and kitchen in immaculate condition.
Liaising with other health professionals in a professional manner.
Assisting the management, administrative and clinical team where applicable.
Maintain a safe working environment and a working knowledge of practice policies and procedures.
Attend staff meetings and professional development as required.

 The ideal applicant would possess:

A warm and calm demeaner, and ability to provide a comforting and safe environment for all clients.
Previous experience in a customer service and/or administration role.
High level of verbal and written communication skills.
Intermediate to advanced level of computer skills, including knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
Demonstrated ability to view peoples’ problems objectively and fairly, and solve complex problems.
Strong organisation skills and willingness to assist with a variety of administration duties.
Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate support in a professional and mature manner.
Flexible availability and access to reliable transport.
National Police clearance.
