The Role

Programmed Industrial Maintenance is currently seeking a Mobilisation & Operations Administrator to join our team in our Naval Base Office.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in our fast paced and dynamic industry. Working with a team of experienced professionals, this role will enable you to further develop your skills within a vast array of industry sectors, recruiting for a wide variety of job types.

The main responsibilities of this role include:
Mobilisation of all internal and external employees to client sites
Compile, administer and process all paperwork and coordinate site entry of employees, site coordinators and subcontractors in line with client requirements and time frames
Maintain ongoing contact with employees regarding all movements, changes to rosters/shutdowns weekly via e-mail, text and verbally by telephone
Book ongoing travel, including domestic /charter flights/buses etc and accommodation
Ensure all pre-mobilisation requirements are met, and project deadlines
End to end Mobilisation process
Provide general adminstration support to the Operations team.
Assist with high volume blue collar recruitment for shutdowns across Western Australia when necessary.
Complete the candidate registration process and conduct job interviews with candidates.
Assist with the on-boarding for any new employees, including gathering/checking tickets and guiding employees through pre-employment requirements inc D&A testing. 
Ensure all employees have a consistent and positive recruitment experience
Relationship management with key internal stakeholders / contacts
Adherence and champion of all HSE requirements Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess the following;

An intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
Previous experience in a similar role
A commitment to diversity and inclusion

A pro-active approach to resolving issues and excellent attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experienced in high volume blue collar recruitment (shutdown exp. preferred)
Motivated, passionate and have good initiative
Ability to work under pressure
Outstanding customer service skills, always maintaining a professional approach
Be able to take direction from others
The ability to communicate with a variety of people
