CTI Logistics is seeking an IT Systems Administrator, based in West Perth.

About the role:
Based at our West Perth head office the IT Systems Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of all Information Technology systems, working in conjunction with the other members of the IT team. This includes all network infrastructure (Servers / SANS / Networks / Routers / Firewalls) and IT Systems as well as the provision of technical support to our business stakeholders. Our core technology stack includes VMware, Microsoft Servers, Exchange, O365, Azure and some Linux.
You will be required to handle and resolve complex IT problems and projects. The IT Systems Administrator is a member of the IT Support team and reports directly to the IT Manager.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified IT Systems Administrator or Network Engineer with a multidisciplinary skillset capable of administering the various facets of the IT environment. You will have at least 5 years’ experience in a Systems Administration or similar role.
You must be eligible to work in Australia. You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and are a team player with personal organisational and time management qualities. You have excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills and a willingness to undertake new challenges. You are able to work both independently and as part of a team to deliver quality outcomes.
Monitor, manage and maintain CTI core infrastructure, including; Microsoft Windows Servers, Linux Servers (Redhat, Centos, Ubuntu), MS Exchange and SQL Servers, Firewalls, Network and Wi-Fi infrastructure, Virtualized environments (VMware), Office 365, Azure, Telephony systems.
Monitor, manage, and maintain our various IT systems and applications.
Provide essential technical support as an escalation point for level 1 and 2 support staff, and assist develop and upskill junior technicians.
Be a part of the IT security management team, maintaining and enhancing our security posture via our AV, EDR, IPS, SIEM and related security systems and responding to incidents as they occur.
Liaise with external vendors where required to ensure timely resolution of hardware / software issues.
Maintain current levels of documentation whilst participating in ongoing continuous improvement activities.
