ABOUT THE BUSINESS:
Our client is Pride Promotions, a direct sales company located in Melbourne. They perform face to face customer acquisition campaigns across the events sector - at exhibitions, shopping centres & trade shows on behalf of a major utilities brand.
ABOUT THE JOB:
As part of the face to face event sales team, your main focus will be acquiring new customers for the brand you’re representing and providing a great customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Approaching and acquiring new customers
- Leaving every single customer on a positive note
- Providing great levels of customer service
- Personal time and goal management
WHAT OUR CLIENT WANTS:
- Excellent face to face communication skills
- The ability to articulate ideas and service clearly one to one
- Super competitive nature
- 6+ months of call centre and customer service experience
WHAT’S ON OFFER:

- A GREAT BASE SALARY OF $50k - $60k + super + bonuses - PAID WEEKLY!
- Work Monday to Friday - NO late nights & NO weekends!
