ABOUT THE BUSINESS:

Our client is 2K Elevations, a direct sales company located in Adelaide. They perform face to face customer acquisition campaigns across the events sector -  at exhibitions, shopping centres & trade shows on behalf of major brands.

ABOUT THE JOB:

As part of the face to face event sales team, your main focus will be acquiring new customers for the brand you’re representing and providing a great customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Approaching and acquiring new customers
• Leaving every single customer on a positive note
• Providing great levels of customer service
• Personal time and goal management

WHAT OUR CLIENT WANTS:

• Excellent face to face communication skills
• The ability to articulate ideas and service clearly one to one
• Super competitive nature
• 6+ months of call centre and customer service experience
