Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a Federal Government Agency to engage an APS4 Administration Officer. This position is located in their busy Canberra office for an initial 5 month contract.
Telephone and email support to stakeholders
Identifying and referring complex enquiries to business areas
Identification and implementation of business process and system improvements
Update and maintain standard operating procedures
Use enquiry management technology to manage and log enquiries
Drafting of high level minutes, letters and email correspondence
The ability to follow standard procedures correctly and consistently.
Strong communication and customer service skills
High level computer/ office software skills and the ability to learn new systems.
Must be Australian citizen
